Return & Refund Policy – Brillofy.com

At Brillofy.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how customers can return or exchange products purchased from our online store.


1. General Return Conditions

  1. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  3. Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required.

  4. Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Cosmetics & Skincare Products

  • Makeup Tools (brushes, sponges, etc.)

  • Personal Hygiene Products (e.g., towels, undergarments)


3. Garments & Apparel

  • Garments can be exchanged for size issues if returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the required size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.


4. Kitchenware

  • Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Minor variations in color, design, or packaging are not considered valid reasons for return.


5. Refunds

  1. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  2. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash) or as store credit (based on customer preference).

  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Easypaisa, or JazzCash.


6. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

  2. In case of a wrong product delivered, Brillofy.com will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Order Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement (before dispatch).

  2. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
