Welcome to Brillofy.com. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Brillofy.com, you agree to these T&Cs. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  1. Brillofy.com is operated from Faisalabad, Pakistan and complies with Pakistani business.

  2. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  3. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

  1. We deal in cosmetics, kitchenware, and garments (Pakistani Manufacturers + Container Lots) Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, packaging, or supplier updates.

  2. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (if any).

  3. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  1. Orders can be placed online via Brillofy.com or through our official customer support.

  2. Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

  3. Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  1. We deliver across Pakistan.

  2. Standard delivery timeline: 2–5 working days (subject to stock and courier availability).

  3. Free delivery may be offered on promotional deals or minimum order amounts. Otherwise, shipping charges apply as shown at checkout.

  4. Brillofy.com is not responsible for courier delays, strikes, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  1. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  2. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  3. Cosmetics, skincare, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable for health & safety reasons unless defective.

  4. Garments can only be exchanged for size issues if unworn and in original condition.

  5. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via original payment method or store credit.

6. Warranty

  1. Kitchenware items may carry a limited warranty depending on the manufacturer. Details (if any) will be mentioned in the product description.

  2. No warranty applies to damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear.

  3. No warranty in case of proucts broken,burn or damaged.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Brillofy.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  2. Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Your personal information is protected under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 and relevant Pakistani laws.

  2. Customer data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except for order fulfillment, delivery, or legal requirements.

  3. Payment details are processed securely through trusted gateways.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  2. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
