1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
Remote or rural areas may take extra time for delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines

Faisalabad City: 1–2 working days
Other Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–5 working days
Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or natural circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery: On orders above [insert minimum order value, e.g., PKR 5,000].
Standard Delivery Charges: (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via WhatsApp.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.
Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.
Refusal to accept COD parcels may result in suspension of future COD orders.

6. Delays & Liability

Brillofy.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, the parcel’s responsibility is transferred to the courier partner, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must inspect parcels at the time of delivery.
If an item is missing or damaged, contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the parcel and product.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Brillofy.com ships within Pakistan only.
International delivery will be announced when available.
